A shocking case has emerged from Navsari district in Gujarat, where a 14-year-old girl was reportedly raped by her father over a span of three days, from May 9 to May 11, 2023. Following the assaults, the father allegedly administered contraceptive pills to the victim and threatened her life to ensure her silence. The girl's mother reported the heinous acts to the police on May 20, 2023, expressing her outrage by stating, 'He should be hanged.' The suspect attempted to flee but was apprehended by police shortly after the report was made. He is currently in custody, facing charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Local reports indicate that the suspect had returned to India in 2024 after living in South Africa for six years. The police investigation is ongoing, and the identity of the accused has not been disclosed.
