Since starting in 2016, he has taught over 100 underprivileged children, many of whom come from families working as laborers, gardeners, and daily wage earners. The classes, conducted in the evenings after Singh's police duties, take place in a parking area where children sit on mats, learning essential subjects such as mathematics and languages. The initiative began when Singh noticed local children spending their days in rag picking and begging instead of attending school. To combat this, he personally visited parents to stress the importance of education. His efforts have led to increased enrollment, with many children later excelling in regular schools. The program thrives on community support, with volunteers, local residents, and even battery rickshaw drivers helping transport children.
