This decline occurred despite a significant 16.56% increase in revenue from operations, which reached ₹1,050.48 crore. The company's profit before tax saw a slight decrease of 0.17%, totaling ₹833.94 crore. Total expenses rose sharply by 20.07% to ₹227.73 crore, influenced by an 81.19% increase in fees and commission expenses and a 29.24% rise in employee benefits. On an annual basis, HDFC AMC's standalone net profit increased by 16.18% to ₹2,859.36 crore for FY26, with revenue from operations growing 17.74% to ₹4,118.53 crore. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹54 per equity share for FY26. The company's stock price decreased by 0.31% to ₹2,655.85 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
