The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued warnings for heavy rains, hailstorms, and thundersqualls across various states starting Monday, June 1. Predicted downpours will primarily impact southern regions including Kerala, Lakshadweep, Tamil Nadu, and South Interior Karnataka, while northeastern states like Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura are also on alert for heavy showers.
