The Goa Board of Secondary Higher Education (GBHSE) has declared the results for the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) Class 10th examinations for the year 2026, with a total pass percentage of 94.5%. This figure reflects a slight decrease from the previous year's 95.3%. Out of approximately 20,659 students who appeared for the exams, 10,819 were boys and 9,840 were girls, including nearly 600 candidates from the Children with Special Needs (CWSN) category. The examinations took place between March 11 and April 3, 2026. Notably, girls outperformed boys, achieving a pass rate of 96.5% compared to 94.3% for boys. In total, 9,805 boys and 9,414 girls passed the exams. The performance of CWSN students was particularly impressive, with 543 out of 550 candidates passing, resulting in a success rate of 98.7%. Additionally, 417 students have been categorized under ATKT (Allowed To Keep Term) for failing one or two subjects, allowing them provisional admission to Class IX. Students can download their scorecards from the official Goa Board website starting April 28, 2026.
