The company's net profit surged by 74.76% to ₹1,126.26 crore, and total revenue for the entire fiscal year rose to ₹26,536.77 crore, an 84% increase from ₹14,444 crore in FY25. The operating EBITDA for FY26 was ₹6,616.79 crore, surpassing the company's guidance of ₹5,500 crore to ₹6,000 crore. Looking forward, Waaree has set an ambitious target for FY27, forecasting an operating EBITDA between ₹7,000 crore and ₹7,700 crore. The company is focusing on expanding its operations into battery energy storage systems, inverters, and green hydrogen technologies. Additionally, Waaree has made strategic moves, including acquiring a stake in United Solar Holding Inc. based in Oman, to enhance its supply chain. The board has approved a capital expenditure of ₹3,900 crore for a new glass manufacturing facility and is constructing a 10 GW integrated ingot and wafer facility in Nagpur with an investment of ₹6,200 crore. The company also announced a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share, bringing the total FY26 dividend to ₹4.
