Haven Holidays, a major UK holiday park operator, is expanding its partnership with JD Wetherspoon to open pubs at nearly all of its 39 locations across the UK. This decision follows the success of its initial pub, The Five Stones at Primrose Valley, which launched in 2025. The positive reception led to the opening of nine additional pubs shortly thereafter, including notable locations such as The Humber Stone in Cleethorpes and The London Stone in Rochester. Simon Palethorpe, CEO of Haven Holidays, expressed optimism about the expansion, stating he envisions most parks featuring Wetherspoon pubs, which have already attracted significant guest interest. In addition to affordable dining options, the pubs will screen the World Cup, enhancing the holiday experience for guests. Furthermore, a new Wetherspoon pub crawl in North Wales has been announced, allowing participants to visit multiple pubs while exploring the region's cultural sites. This initiative aims to combine the enjoyment of low-cost drinks with the beauty of North Wales, making it a unique outing for fans and holidaymakers alike.
