Actor Anthony Guidera, best known for his roles in 'The Godfather Part III' and 'Species', has died at the age of 65. His wife, Valarie Anderson, confirmed that Guidera passed away on June 6 after a heart-related incident that led to weeks of hospitalization. He collapsed at their Southern California home on May 11, and after being placed on life support for three weeks, he was taken off life support and allowed to die at home in accordance with his wishes. Guidera made his acting debut in 1990 in 'The Godfather Part III', playing Anthony, a bodyguard alongside stars like Al Pacino and Diane Keaton. He gained further recognition for his role as Robbie in the 1995 sci-fi thriller 'Species', where his onscreen kiss with Natasha Henstridge won an MTV Movie Award. Beyond film, Guidera appeared in various television series throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. His final performance was in the 2005 crime comedy 'L.A. Dicks'.
