He believes that the only way to effectively challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is through a united opposition. The NDC includes prominent figures like Peter Obi, who is its presidential candidate for 2027, and Rabiu Kwankwaso. Ayodele's remarks come as political dynamics shift, with defections such as Victor Umeh's from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to the NDC, highlighting ongoing disputes within the ADC.
