Vladimir Yevtushenkov, the founder of Medsi, a network of private medical clinics in Russia, indicated that the company is considering an initial public offering (IPO) this fall, contingent on favorable market conditions. In a recent interview, he mentioned that Medsi is currently in a pre-IPO phase, with two investment funds already participating, which he views positively. Yevtushenkov explained that the decision to proceed with the IPO will largely depend on the state of the Russian IPO market in the fall; if conditions are not suitable, they may delay until the spring. Additionally, he highlighted that the Cosmos Hotel Group, which is also under the AFK Sistema investment corporation, is prepared for a public offering, projecting significant growth with plans for around 100 hotels next year.
