Singapore Airlines (SIA) has launched a new interline partnership with Southwest Airlines, enabling international travelers to connect seamlessly between Changi Airport in Singapore and nearly 120 destinations across the United States. This collaboration allows passengers to book single-ticket journeys that include flights on both airlines. Travelers can access Southwest Airlines' network through three major US airports: Los Angeles International Airport, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and San Francisco International Airport. According to a press release from Southwest Airlines, this partnership simplifies the travel experience by allowing passengers to check in once for all flights on their itinerary, with their baggage transferred directly to the next airline. This initiative positions SIA as the eighth airline to join Southwest's interline partnership, which also includes carriers like All Nippon Airways and Turkish Airlines. Passengers can book these combined itineraries through Singapore Airlines, travel agents, or various travel websites, enhancing travel convenience and accessibility for those flying between Singapore and the United States.
