The Union Education Ministry is taking significant steps to resolve ongoing technical issues with the Central Board of Secondary Education's (CBSE) re-evaluation portal. Following numerous complaints from students and parents about glitches in the system, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has directed a team of experts from the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) to investigate and rectify these problems. Reports indicate that users have faced challenges logging in, processing payments, and submitting applications due to the portal's slow response and technical errors. The IIT team will conduct a comprehensive review of the issues reported since the revaluation services were launched this year, with a focus on enhancing the portal's stability and IT infrastructure. Specific attention will be given to critical components such as login systems, user access, and payment gateways. Minister Pradhan has highlighted the importance of prioritizing students' interests, urging the CBSE to ensure that the re-evaluation process is more transparent and user-friendly. The IIT experts are expected to begin their review soon and will provide recommendations in phases, aiming for improvements to be implemented before the next examination cycle.
