Deputy Commissioner of Police Pankaj Atulkar confirmed that the protection aims to prevent crowding at the family home, which has become a point of concern amidst the rising profile of the CJP. Dipke alleges a crackdown on the movement's digital platforms, claiming that all its social media accounts and website have been compromised. The CJP, which began as a satirical response to a remark by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, has quickly gained over 20 million followers on Instagram, positioning itself against the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and facing accusations of being anti-India. Dipke's parents have expressed deep concern for their son's safety and their desire for him to avoid a political career, fearing the repercussions of his newfound notoriety. They have reported losing sleep over the threats and the potential dangers associated with his activism.
