The Tawdheef × Zaheb careers fair, the UAE's longest-running Emirati recruitment event, will celebrate its 20th anniversary with an expanded focus on entrepreneurship in its 2026 edition. Scheduled for November 17-19, 2026, at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi, the fair will introduce a dedicated Entrepreneurship Zone. This initiative aims to connect Emirati talent with start-ups, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and enterprise support organizations, reflecting the increasing interest among young Emiratis in entrepreneurship.
Since its inception, Tawdheef × Zaheb has helped over 30,000 Emiratis secure jobs or advance their careers. The fair aligns with the UAE's broader Emiratisation goals and workforce development strategies, particularly through the Nafis programme, which promotes Emirati hiring in the private sector. The previous edition attracted more than 10,000 jobseekers, with 44% of exhibitors successfully hiring candidates on-site.
The 2026 event will enhance its offerings with structured matchmaking, on-the-spot interviews, and dedicated CV review areas, ensuring a more impactful recruitment experience for both employers and jobseekers.
