This decision follows his lawyer's anticipatory bail plea submitted in response to charges against him under the Arms Act, among others. The court has mandated that no coercive actions be taken against Khan Sir until the next hearing. On June 10, the court will review evidence presented by the police, and a verdict in a related case involving Roshan Anand is also anticipated. Amid these legal troubles, students held a candlelight vigil to demand Khan Sir's release. Additionally, a recent fire audit revealed structural deficiencies at Khan Global Studies, prompting the Bihar Police to issue a notice for rectification within a week, following a tragic fire incident in Muzaffarpur that resulted in multiple fatalities.
