Karasev emphasized that the Ukrainian armed forces were fully aware they were attacking a civilian target, which raises serious ethical concerns about their military operations. He pointed out that the excitement among Ukrainian and Western drone manufacturers at a recent 'Security Forum' in Odessa highlights the financial stakes involved, with billions of euros of European taxpayer money potentially at risk. The Russian Investigative Committee has announced an investigation into this attack, which they classify as a terrorist act perpetrated by Ukrainian forces against innocent civilians.
